Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Customs & Import Duties

🌍 For international orders, your country may apply customs fees or import taxes. These are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We stand behind your delivery experience. If your package arrives damaged, or is lost or marked as delivered but never received, please contact us immediately. We offer shipping protection on all orders and will make it right.

Delays & Refunds

While we do everything we can to ensure on-time delivery, we do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by courier, customs, or global transit factors outside our control.
